Return & Exchange Policy – Fruits Bazar
At Fruits Bazar, we take great care in selecting, packing, and delivering premium-quality fruits. Because fruits are perishable food items, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness, hygiene, and quality control.
We do not accept returns except in cases of genuine quality issues or incorrect items delivered.
✔ Eligibility for Exchange
We only offer an exchange (not a refund) if:

You received the wrong fruit/product compared to your order.

The fruits were damaged at the time of delivery.

The quality is not acceptable (must be reported immediately with proof).
To qualify for an exchange:

The issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

You must send clear photos or videos to our official WhatsApp number: 0339-0120471.

Products must be unused, uncut, and in original condition.
Once approved, we will arrange a free exchange for the same item or the closest available alternative.
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We do not accept exchanges or returns for the following:

Complaints made after 6 hours of delivery

Items that are partially eaten, cut, or used

Claims without photo/video proof sent to WhatsApp

Issues relating to personal taste preference

Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery

Orders refused without valid reason

Situations where fruits were delivered in good condition
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, once delivered safely, they cannot be returned.
Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before dispatch.

Once the rider or courier partner has picked up the order, cancellation is not allowed.
